NEWCASTLE Knight Josh Perry has already found a handy use for his new bumper sticker.

Perry was trying his best to silence fellow team member Daniel Abraham as the two talked up the new "That's My Team" bumper sticker at EnergyAustralia stadium.

The Knights bumper stickers are part of a promotion on NXFM that kicks off today and runs until August 12.

Listeners who have the sticker on their car and pull up to a NXFM Black Thunder vehicle doing radio crosses can receive EnergyAustralia footballs, Knights home game tickets and go in the draw for major prizes.

Abraham and Perry, both 23, were impressed with improvements taking place at the Knights Stadium as they launched the stickers.

Abraham, who is out with an ankle injury, had it a bit easier than Perry who was preparing for the match against the Sharks yesterday.

After our chat Abraham was planning to go fishing near Catherine Hill Bay, hopeful of catching some of the salmon that Newcastle anglers are talking about.

He said he was looking forward to returning to the paddock in about a month.

The major bumper sticker competition prize is Reserve-A class seating for four adults to the 2004 NRL Grand Final, including overnight accommodation in Sydney, plus two season passes to the Knights 2005 Crusade. Weekly prizes include Knights jerseys.

Stickers are available from EnergyAustralia, NXFM Black Thunders, Knights Kingdom supporter stores, Michels Patisseries and Caltex Service Stations.
